The rebar pull out box system consist of three parts a base with interlocking lid and built in Pull-out bars. The unite is attached to the main cage with binding wire or to shuttering with wire or nails.
Once you have casted and the shuttering is removed you will be able to remove the lid of the box to expose the pull out bar legs.
The legs can now be bent straight and lapped onto main reinforcement and casting can continue.
Can be used for, walls, stairs, floor slabs, balconies or any other application were casing is done in more than one stage.
Box is manufactured from high quality Galvanized steel and pull out bars from grade 500 S rebar. On request box can be manufactured from high quality stainless steel.
